Every recommendation on this site is researched, not play-tested. We want that to be plain, because many gear sites imply hands-on testing they did not do.

• Manufacturer and Amazon listing specifications: weight, core thickness, shape, face and core material, price.
• The USA Pickleball rulebook for court dimensions, net heights, and paddle and ball rules.
• Verified owner reviews for durability patterns and common complaints.

How specs are read

Our catalog is sourced from real Amazon product data. Specs are read only from what each listing states. A blank spec means the listing does not state it; we never estimate it. Prices are the last listed price at build time and change often.

How calculators work

Each calculator shows its formula on the page. Where a number is a model rather than a measurement, such as our swing weight index or court cost ranges, the page says so.
